Domain Registration/Domain Transfer/Domain Renewal Contract
TERMS OF SERVICE This contract is between Enter.Net, Inc., located at 815 N 12th Street, Allentown PA 18102, ("Enter.Net") and you, Enter.Net’s customer, ("Customer" or "you" or "domain registrant" or "registrant") and is effective when accepted by Enter.Net, Inc. Customer is ordering a new domain name or transferring or renewing an existing domain name as stated on Customer´s Application. Enter.Net, Inc. may accept or reject Customer’s offer to enter into this Agreement for any reason in its sole discretion, such reason including, but not limited to, a request for registration of a prohibited domain. Our Services: Enter.Net, Inc. is a reseller of domain names. Enter.Net also registers domain names. Customer’s domain registration will be effective upon occurrence of all of the following:
Customer agrees to abide by the terms, or Enter.Net will not provide the services Customer selected. Domain parking: In the domain registration or transfer process, Customer will be asked to provide name servers to associate with the domain being registered. If Customer does not provide this information, Customer’s domain will automatically be pointed or redirected to Enter.Net’s servers also known as "parking". There is no charge for parking a domain. Enter.Net reserves the right to "park the domain at www.enter.net" or a "coming soon" page that may include advertising. Customer may change the name server configuration (or "un-park" the domain) after the registration is complete. There may be additional fees for this. Domain Transfer: Customer understands that Customer must supply Enter.Net with the username and password and/or unlock the domain at the current registrant, so that the transfer can take place. Customer further understands that no claim may be made against Enter.Net for any delays or mis-deliveries, the time it takes the registrar to change the DNS server numbers, unlock the domain, any down time or the time it takes Customer to provide the correct information to enable the transfer. It is also the responsibility of Customer to copy any web site located at the domain name and upload it to the new location once it is transferred, unless other arrangements have been made with Enter.Net. Customer must respond to any emails received from the registrar or Enter.Net for the purpose of transferring the domain name correctly and timely. Fees: All domain registration, renewal and transfer fees must be prepaid by Customer prior to the effectiveness of the desired domain registration, transfer, and/or renewal. If Customer registers, renews, or transfers a domain online at domains.enter.net, Customer must pay by either credit or debit card. If Customer opts to pay for fees at Enter.Net’s place of business, Customer may pay for services by check, cash, money order, credit/debit card or ACH checking transfer account. Enter.Net does not give refunds in whole or in part for Customer’s domain registration, transfer or renewal of domain name. This includes but is not limited to the transfer being suspended, or if the domain is cancelled or transferred away from Enter.Net prior to the end of current registration/renewal term or if Customer does not want the domain name. Customer understands and acknowledges that any, and all renewal fees, for the domain name is, the sole responsibility of Customer/Registrant. No claims may be made against Enter.Net for Customer’s failure to pay any and all renewal fees for Customer/Registrant’s domain name. Reservation of right to modify fees: Enter.Net, Inc. reserves the right to modify fees, surcharges, and renewal fees or to institute new fees at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. Default: In the event of Customer’s default of domain registration, renewal or transfer, Customer acknowledges that the domain name registration may be transferred to Enter.Net as the paying entity for that registration to the registry(ies) and that Enter.Net reserves all rights regarding such domain including, without limitation, the right to make the domain available to other parties for purchase. Enter.Net, Inc. also at its sole discretion may reinstate Customer/Registrant’s domain registration, subject to Enter.Net’s receipt of the registration fee and any reinstatement fees imposed by Enter.Net. Limitation of Liability: As a reseller of domain names, Customer understands that Enter.Net, Inc. does not control all aspects of the domain registration/transfer/renewal process. For example, once Customer completes a domain application, Enter.Net forwards the information contained in the application to the appropriate Registry Administrator for processing and actual registration of the name. Customer understands that no claims can be made against Enter.Net for any inaccuracies regarding the registration information relating to the input of the information by Customer; and the input of the information by the Registry Administrators. Enter.Net will not give refunds due to spelling errors and/or typos. No claims may be made against Enter.Net due to Customer/Registrant’s failure to provide any current billing or contact information or Customer’s failure to pay any domain fees. If Customer violates this contract, Customer will be responsible to pay Enter.Net any and all reasonable counsel fees and costs of suit to enforce this contract. Enter.Net’s liability under this contract for any claim is limited to the amount received by you for the services giving rise to any claim. Enter.Net reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time. Registrant Information: Customer must keep current all of the following information:
